𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 NGO after seeing the plight of slum dwellers shivering in the winter and struggling to find proper nutrition & education. In just 6 months, reached out to more than 800 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 who donated 1 rupee per day (30 rupees per month). We embarked on a mission to make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged.
Over the course of 12-13 months, our team undertook a series of impactful initiatives that left an indelible mark. We extended a helping hand to those in need, leaving behind a trail of unforgettable acts of kindness and support for the underprivileged.
As the Founding Member and Head of the Development team, Took the initiative to digitize our Hall by introducing the following features and functionalities.
➤ Online portal for maintenance and mess complaints
➤ Hall library functionalities to maximize library utilization
➤ Comprehensive information related to the Hall like KHOJ events, Alumni Page, HCM, and GC for easy accessibility
Engaged in collaborative work with Professor Shuai Li and Dr. Tamoor Khan on the pioneering Beetle Antennae Search (BAS) algorithm. Serving as the first author, contributing to an upcoming paper highlighting BAS advancements in nonlinear optimization in the field of NLP.
➤ Managed a budget of 90 LPA in my tenure, developed and implemented future plans and budgets effectively, and maintained balance sheet of donations and expenses.
➤ Developed various reports for GYWS, including Annual, Quarterly, & Event reports, to ensure proper management and transparency between the NGO and donors to ensure accurate financial activities.
➤ Widely publicized the fest in Bihar, reaching over 50 colleges
➤ Collaborated with 55 KCAs to expand the fest's reach to 1000+ colleges in India
➤ Successfully conducted workshops, including Embetronix, with broad participation from all regions.
Worked as a subject matter expert in Statistics and Probability with Chegg. Solved more than 250 questions of Statistics and Probability at this platform.
